Despite living in Shizuoka, Kai has done scenic and projection design for several Tokyo productions (Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons, Evita and Le Dîner de cons). I Speak in the Halls of Power is their first production with YTG.

Outside of theatre, Kai is also affiliated with Winterstellar Studios and has been credited as the character designer for the award-winning short Samurai Blue and the studio’s Hoyofair contribution Tip the Scales.

Kai’s love for storytelling is their raison d’être and compass for every project they’re involved in, whether it be on stage or in 2D.

静岡を拠点に活動しながらも、カイはこれまで東京で上演された『Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons』、『Evita』、『Le Dîner de cons』などで舞台美術およびプロジェクションデザインを手がけてきました。『I Speak in the Halls of Power』は、YTGへの初参加作品となります。

舞台以外では、Winterstellar Studiosにも所属しており、受賞作となった短編アニメ『Samurai Blue』や、スタジオのHoyofair参加作品『Tip the Scales』ではキャラクターデザインを担当しました。

カイにとって物語を紡ぐことは創作の原動力であり、舞台でも2D作品でも、あらゆるプロジェクトを導く指針となっています。
